The same thing happened to me! I was moving to a new apartment and called them to take back the RO, but no one showed up. I moved out, and a month later, they finally sent someone. I told them I no longer lived there and would call when I visited my old place. When I did call while visiting, no one came again. Now, I’ve received a legal notice, and I have no idea what to do.
