UPls say it bro… We should openly discuss these issues otherwise these people take us for granted….UJunior and myself worked hard on this bro.The Sr.counsel we picked was the best for this case & even we filtered from all high profile advocates at MHC.Dont know what happened at the neck of the moment maybe it’s due to Land value or Influence of opposite Sr.counsels.It’s all an experience in life for me now.
See bro the MHC Sr.counsel association is a small circle of highly powerful persons.
Whatever case we file, its like a gambling system it goes to one or other friends of Sr.counsels @ MHC. And even within this system only collegium appoints High court judges.Shame on judiciary.UYup but we should fight the system and survive bro….like I also want to mention there is a person called Mr. Mukunth who is the opposite Sr.counsel in our Second appeal ( He is constantly trying to drag the case for the past 12 years and the shocking thing is once I filed the vakalat with my junior for writ & S.A.( “the next moment call comes from him saying Hi , how r u ? Blah blah and conversation comes to our case “) this was said by my junior lawyer.. Like Can we make a compromise blah blah…..Maybe he is so much interested in the 2 Million dollar that if any compromise comes he gets his cut 😅.
But I am here stopping him & giving him checkmate then & there.Just see how much influence and power these guys hold in MHC.
UCurrently I am getting threat calls that ( XYZ ) will file a defamation case soon on you if u spread information about him…..Is this how a common hard working entrepreneur is being threatened with defamation case threats when a Sr counsel who took fees for conducting my case & couldn’t even speak on facts which even a client like me knows.

UYes yesterday only it has been dismissed.We are filing a review application before the same judge and also will file a writ appeal also.
Seriously, AK Sriram did a blunt on us since we gave my case to my friend who is an advocate on record who is a young advocate who just graduated from the law council but with good intentions of doing the legal profession.I want to give opportunity to young lawyers that’s my policy.
We only engaged this guy( AK Sriram ) for arguments since Sr counsel can argue on any case across India.
Since high court is like a collegium all our cases are handled by a bunch of sr. Counsels who are all thick friends within the system.
Junior lawyers who were very honest with me with all updates of my case were utterly shocked by this move.
Maybe I suspect the ego and a guilt trip of these senior counsels that all the junior lawyers are getting good clients like me ( who pay a good fee and on time payment before arguments).So that if I dismiss a case of a junior he will not get good clients. That’s the reason I suppose.
Clarity on this as well needed from this group.
