UI don’t know how much this will help but still it might help you out in later stage –
My Fufaji works in Commercial Taxes Department and 6 years into his service he was trapped in a case of 800 Rs bribe. For 15 years he fought this case and it was just recently that he was acquitted and reinstated but certain benefits have been denied to him because it’s on the discretion of the Department head to give NOC for those benefits. For the first five years he relied totally on his lawyer. But that mofo fucked up the case. It was only after he realised how much the situation got fucked up for him that he stopped relying on his lawyers. Afterwards what helped him was this – He READ EACH AND EVERY LAW PERTAINING TO THIS MATTER and on top of this he went through almost every SC and High court judgements that have been given in cases similar to his. Idk why but judge who was overseeing this case was seriously impressed with my uncle’s legal knowledge.
Point I’m trying to make here is – Read and get informed about anything & everything related to your father’s case. But the fucking books if you have to and read them. Let your lawyer know that you know what’s happening. Don’t let lawyer keep you in dark or fuck up your situation.
Other than that just be strong. It’s gonna be very long fight brother.
UDEO(Distt. Education officer) will tell the CBEO and CBEO will tell the Principal to release it. But ultimately headache to mere father ki hi h. They will just keep putting the responsibility on the other person. And my father is taking too much stress on this but I can understand his concerns too.UIdk why but he’s scared shitless and telling my father to just release the information because he doesn’t want to extend the matter. My father doesn’t want to extend the matter too.But he’s confused; what if he releases this information and then further issue is created by those 3 people because he doesn’t know why that information is seeked out and they have have already given their withdrawal of consent.
Being a government employees he is very cautious in such matters where information of any kind is seeked out.
