That’s what it seems like, as without removing the record both degrees would be invalid/illegal as one cannot have dome full time course and full time job in different states.

my Uncle is High court lawyer and have relatives in both SP and BJP, no reply mostly or people are asking to settle it somehow.

yes it seems he has been taking salary for 10 years with that id, it’s an govt. affiliated school, already has written mails to every department.
