I can totally understand your situation right now. All you need to do is be calm and think of what can be done going forward that too carefully without compromising on your own safety.
Where was the CCTV installed? ATM/Cafe/Some local shop?
Try to get footage directly from them and attach it in E-FIR.

File an E-FIR on Delhi police portal, they will have to consider it and probably Police will call you to the station –
Record everything from there on & take some male dominant elder with you
And also try to gather CCTV footage by yourself and keep it safe for use in court.
