The contract between ziyu and Tennants ends on March 3 of this year, and the contract between my mom and ziyu ends on Jan 13th of next year, can I ask them to vacate after the contract ends?

But they have put a caveat and the lawyers have told me that they can’t do anything about a caveat, I’m trying my best to kick them out but now my only option is to hire goondas or goons to threaten them to get out as they aren’t helping me in anyway nor listening to me

The Tennants don’t care, they’re living in my apartment for free and I’m stuck in between them and ziyu homes

I haven’t taken any security from that owner, the companys owner is in jail but it doesn’t change anything with me, I’m still in problem
