UI wanted to check how do others deal with this? Do I have no option but to face trial? My intention for quashing was to get interim relief which i did get.UOur shouting never involved verbal abuse. We should not deviate from original question. Yes, we both shouted at each other (but never abused). But is this intentional cruelty and accounts for 498A? I believe this is emotional conflict rather than cruelty.UI mean I said everything in her favor and she used my emotional state. Example: She said that – you were not emotionally available, you made me cry, I felt alone, you shouted
And I was like sorry. Please let’s make it work. You are my baby etc etc everything I said was to save my marriage
