I am sorry you are going through this. Do you have any friends etc that can help out with some temporary accommodation while you try and get a job ?
Abscond from those entirely toxic set of people. Gain financial independence. If possible plan an exit strategy with these pointers and leave.
Keep those proofs safe and if possible create an alternate email and email those to the other id
