Chargesheet has been filed. quashing hasn’t been filed because out of the 4 lawyers I have visited so far, none gave me this option. Also, i am not sure but i think both parties are required for quashing? The other party already has several cases against them and are absconding

How long does the quashing process take? Does it require the presence of both parties?

No, i went to him through a reference. Do people from legal aid charge 40k? (Genuine curiosity, i dont know about legal aid)
Also, if i try to find a new lawyer, how and where do I find a good, non-exploitative lawyer?

He is not presenting arguments in court. He is not proceeding with exemption.

Hey there, tenants in my building were not paying rent. The landlord cut off utilities. The tenants appealed in court. Their appeal was dismissed in two hearings. I have all the papers.
