Keep good audio video recording devices with you like a Pen (you’ll get it on Amazon). Observe his behaviour and then report with proofs and get ready for a big payday.

However, if at any point during the recording of you are recorded as laughing or accepting his guesture even a little bit then your entire case will be thrown out of the window.
If you don’t want to get into this hassle then pls request change of dept or location or change the company
