March 14, 2025 at 4:14 amLegally, yes. You can sue the gym if you have adequate written contracts specifying all that you just stated. If you don’t have written contracts/commitments – you have no case.But think about this – if 14k is a huge financial burden to you, can you afford the cost of litigation? It is going to be much higher than 14k, and the best case scenario will 100% end up with you losing more money than potentially gaining.

You had someone accept delivery on your behalf, and that’s where Amazon’s responsibility ends.People here shout ‘scam’, ‘fraud’, etc. when something even remotely goes wrong by these companies, but would not hesitate being super unethical when it comes to themselves.
