March 26, 2025 at 11:47 amYour lawyer couldn’t get him bail in this case ?
And who made him confess ? in front of the magistrate or police?
What sections he has been charged with and under what ?
He should have got the bail . Judges can’t just ask for money its your lawyer playing the mid game .
I am saying this as I am an advocate In high court.February 3, 2025 at 2:08 pm in reply to: Can you have a legal pre-nup with Special Marriage Act #60761VVasantguru688

February 3, 2025 at 10:15 amArrest without warrant is only possible in cognizable cases and non bailable cases ( serious cases ) .
Here even if the SHO files an fir ( by ips ) , how it can be of grave offenses and no arrest can be made without permission of magistrate in such cases , it is obvious now that they aren’t going for cross FIR rather adopting the method of intimidation and harrasment to settle down the matter.February 3, 2025 at 10:11 am in reply to: Can someone in the Indian police (IPS) get away with anything? #62855VVasantguru688
