March 14, 2025 at 8:40 amI had come across a case where girl(my own cousin) had ghosted her boyfriend. She had broken up without giving any reason. When the boy tried to contact her through various ways, like calling her friends, family or reaching out to her home, she called it as abuse, harrasment and complained to police. Later, it was known that she was dating another man who was earning more and she wanted to dump the old guy. As her parents where in a different city, we had to go and apologize in police station to save the girl from charges for false accusation. That’s why, with all due respect, first show the evidence for harassment. If at all you have then go public, post them on this very forum, it will go viral and you will get justice. But if you think there are mistakes from both sides, then please settle it mutuallyMarch 12, 2025 at 2:26 pm in reply to: Case Quashed, But Google (Indian Kanoon) Still Shows Everything – How Do I Get It Removed? #39069VVeenathinker338

March 7, 2025 at 3:35 amHave you heard of justice chandru, who fought for irular tribe. Even in that case, poor tribe were being falsely convicted to cover up the crimes of powerful. But finally justice was served. Karma will hit backMarch 7, 2025 at 3:32 am in reply to: Should the Sowjanya rape and murder case be reopened? March 7, 2025 at 3:32 amDon’t you think securing rights of accused is equally important. If it wasn’t there, santosh rao, who was falsely charged would have be hanged and killed. Because of the procedures, although it took 10 years, poor guy atleast got justice. Else another innocent would have been killed by police and powerfullMarch 6, 2025 at 1:43 pm in reply to: Should the Sowjanya rape and murder case be reopened? March 6, 2025 at 1:43 pmThe questions raised by Sameer are strong. These questions genuinely needs answer. However in my opinion, none of these allegations are likely to sustain in court. He does not have any factual evidence. Even some of the facts he claimed were taken from the high court judgement. All his allegations are circumstantial and are very unlikely to hold in court. Based on the available evidence, only thing that can be proved is lapse in duty of police and law enforcement agencies. Concerned officer maybe suspended for few months. Even if the police accept the role of “powerful” I don’t think he has any evidence of it. If at all police has maintained call recordings or other proof for intimidating, there seems no way to reach the culprits. Some new evidence must appear as miracle, else chances are glare -
