Depend on which is the bigger vehicle.

For ex. if you’re in a car and a 2 wheeler is coming on the wrong side and you hit him and cause an injury or fatality, his only fault is wrong side driving, your fault is rash and negligent driving causing grievous injury/ culpable homicide.

If you’re in a car and hit a govt. bus coming on the wrong side, you’re lucky to be alive and you better just go home. If you want to pursue legal recourse, you may succeed in the opposite driver being granted 3 months suspension with pay.

If your car hits another car coming in the opposite side, then the only thing that matters is who is better connected.
