I will say go to police try to contact any lawyers and police in your friend circle tell them about this condition. I know about this feeling when u lend someone with trust and they don’t give u back but show arrogance . I recently gave my friend 2000 rupees and after a month he is not recieving my calls not replying to text. I know it is a very less money but still it breaks trust. I wiil never lend to anybody now.
