How did they even contact you dude? You claim it was a burner number. I say just show them a middle finger even if they have ur number or claim that it wasnt you. As simple as that. Keep up the sane defence even if it reaches the police which I am sure it ever wont.

My bet is that she will not report you, since she knows that she started the whole thing and the uterus point will go against you. This comes under a fair debate aspect and I bet that no cyber crime police person will even care to report this as a crime.
