Last year due to some glitch I didn’t get copy till 20 days. Owner at that time allowed me to stay as we did biomatrix. I hope it gets done soon. I am in talk with some other flat owner who said he will allow and is pretty easy to work with so I was thinking what can be done now. Thing is if it gets delayed beyond agreement date is it possible to retrieve money cause I didn’t get keys on mentioned start date of contract?

He has submitted it on [https://efilingigr.maharashtra.gov.in/ereg/](https://efilingigr.maharashtra.gov.in/ereg/), I have done it before and usually you get agreement after 3-4 days. Actually we gave biomatrix on 21st but dude didn’t submit it till 25th. Now next 2-3 days are weekend and holiday so I am f*cked!
