Tried everything man. They just know how to shift blame to the other party. Even filed a complaint in the consumer forum with all the written evidence from RBI, the post office, the insurance receipt, etc. Still got nothing

India post is trash, sent around 20k ruppees in old notes to RBI via india post’s official channel a couple of years ago, got a letter from RBI that the envelope was empty. Had insurance and everything, still no resolution, prob someone in the chain emptied it
