Having similar issues. Got Jio air fiber installation was done with in 4 hours of payment all working fine no issues. Neighbour wanted tye same connection so I recommend asked them to make the payment online nothing happened after that it’s been over a week. No option of consumer support someone advised to go to Jio store was provided phone number they kept Telling today tomorrow and now is not picking up calls.
