I too fear the fake charges only in such cases. It’s better if your bf doesn’t acknowledge having exchanged nudes in the past in case she deliberately brings up the topic. She being a well connected lawyer, this can be used to establish past intimacy, & a case of sexual exploitation on the pretext of marriage can be made. I am not a lawyer though.

How was it a relationship if they never met in person? Did they exchange nudes? Her being a lawyer & a woman in India, is there a chance of her legally using such things against him?
