After sales service of tata is terrible.

I owned a tata nano few years back, car broke down, asked them to send people to fix it. They said it is not possible they can only look at the vehicle if we bring it to them.

I also drove a Maruti 800 of my friend, car broke down. Asked them to send people to fix it. They came in just 1/2 hours. Fixed it.

For my new vehicle I didn’t even consider tata. Went for a Maruti Suzuki.
