Possibly from your experience. I have had a very different experience with companies I have worked at and from the network i am part of.
There is are some companies who are non compliant to the part they dont have POSH panel even.
That is why, first step to seek legal guidance was suggested.

Consider seeing someone who actually knows law and are not responding basis what they have read on internet. Seek legal advise. Thankfully we live in age if internet. These days POSH complaints are rarely taken lightly by anyone.

You shall know the procedure of reporting it internally but do it only after taking sound legal advise from an actual lawyer.
