      Don’t return the money directly to the person who claimed it to be his. Write to your bank about the transaction and tell the other person who claimed to have sent the money to contact his bank for reversal of the transaction

        Dispute the transaction with proper reason. As you have yourself swiped the card the reason matters if the bank has to cancel the charge. Dispute with the reason that the terms and conditions weren’t properly explained and that you came to know of the malpractices of the company after you completed the transaction.
