Jokes aside,

Your friend is an idiot for sending this to a minor. He can most likely get arrested for it.

Better to just wait till this blows over, no one is gonna carry about this in a months time. And he should definitely apologise to the girl even tho she did leak it. If she takes legal action your friend is fucked.

It will, there are probably many stamp paper vendors near you, only go to authorised ones. If court is close to you then best.

Also you might need 2 100 rupees stamp papers. Do confirm with the bank once, whether 2 stamp paper of 100rs will be okay, if not you might need 500rs stamp paper.

Even if he does go to Juvie/Remand, there’s a chance he’ll come out of there a hardened criminal. Youngsters like these get recruited by actual criminals.
