im in pune, patta is a document of ownership of land or building issued in rajasthan, and what you are saying is correct, the brokers also told us that they have met that party as well, and he is fighting case just for settlement as he has political support with him for money etc. as plots rate is premium in that region. the people who are fighting who own land they are also powerful people, for what i understand is i need to wait for double bench case result, till then my option is to settle the lower court decision, the thing is one person told me i need to create new patta as old is irrelevant now, someone said that renew it not reissue is, some said let it stay like this

he atlast called, i told him i am recording his call as proof, and you let me know by what date you would return the money, he said 31st may, i will wait till than post will file a recovery suit
