Just ignore the email and let them keep sending it. You can also block them. I did the same for a notice period amount of 78k in a different situation (didn’t serve the remaining month’s notice period to the employer before leaving/absconding). So kinda similar circumstance as yours but a different situation. Nothing will happen just like nothing happened to me.
This amount is never worth a big company like colive’s time to file a case that will go on for months or even years and require a lot of their money knowing the Indian judiciary (that also you will probably win as such contracts are usually not enforceable). They already took the security deposit for the notice period when you joined. They can’t ask for more money for not serving the notice period.
In fact, no police station will even register their complaint, that also after saying an amount like 50k.
Always be on the accused side of the case, never be on the victim side. As long as you follow that, you will be safe.
