Aand this is not a sarcastic remark , i was genuinely asking why it was made legal ? this was a genuine curious questionANAl , but your relatives should have taken photos . also said by other commentator get the police to work fast and proper by giving some money ,try to take cctv footage .ANAL-
According to me , the first thing you should do is tell about these to some close relative . Then talk to some close and good teacher. Talk with parents again . If still nothing , temporarily take money from friends for food for this month . Then see afterwardsAThat’s what I am saying . I am not defending such people ,I don’t like lawyers myself ,but whether the person is guilty or not (according to law ) is the court’s job . Before that , someone needs to represent that person in the court . As for the morality part , again ,what should they do ? Leave that person unrepresented? Also each lawyer who represents a client ,has to keep their interests in mind ,isn’t it . I think it all comes to a very fundamental thing then ,directly execute such people ,without trial , with no lawyer defending them .ASomeone needs to represent the accused too ? Each person has the right to be presented by an attorney.
