April 12, 2025 at 2:26 amNAL. No MoU or any paper will help if things go south. I suggest you both have counselling. If it works out for you both then great! Else, it is better to not be in a relationship which is a pain to all parties.AAlokpanda920

March 26, 2025 at 3:49 pmIndia’s surrogacy laws prioritize tradition, restricting it to married couples. Single men are barred due to cultural norms and past exploitation fears. Pros: equality in parenthood. Cons: ethical and social concerns. Change is slow thanks to conservatism. Time to evolve, bro—modern families need a shot.AAlokpanda920

January 31, 2025 at 1:49 amBro, no choice but to go ahead and deal with the mess. Have to say the current system needs to be looked at given that just on mere words you’re stuck to fight off these people for years.AAlokpanda920

January 30, 2025 at 8:11 amNAL. Lawyer up and gather the evidences. File for divorce. There is no other choice to deal with such humans. In my situation I made myself mentally strong. Good luck 🤞क्लैब्यं मा स्म गमः पार्थ नैतत्त्वय्युपपद्यते। क्षुद्रं हृदयदौर्बल्यं त्यक्त्वोत्तिष्ठ परन्तप।।

January 29, 2025 at 2:44 amYou’ve raised valid concerns about the stigma women face post-divorce, especially in conservative societies. However, framing misandrist laws solely as a reaction to misogynist men overlooks key realities:
1. Misuse of Laws Is Real: Data shows 5.65% of Section 498A cases are false, with many more ending in acquittals and 95 percent end in settlements. 83,713 married men died by suicide in 2022—nearly 3 times the number of married women—many citing legal harassment. Misuse harms genuine victims of all genders by diluting the credibility of laws.
2. Men Also Face Abuse: Studies show 51.5% of men report partner violence, yet laws like the Domestic Violence Act exclude them entirely. Justice should be about addressing abuse—not assuming only one gender suffers.
3. Gender-Neutral Laws Benefit Everyone: Misandrist laws don’t help genuine women victims—they waste resources fighting false cases and undermine trust in the legal system. Countries like the UK have gender-neutral domestic abuse laws that ensure all victims are protected without reducing women’s safeguards.Misogyny and misandry are both rooted in societal failures. A balanced, gender-neutral framework isn’t about taking away women’s rights—it’s about ensuring justice for everyone.
