It’s as simple. I was robbed of my money. And the Instagram store isn’t random. It has 30k followers and actively recommended by many. I happen to be unlucky. We’re way past messaging or telling the brand anything. There is absolutely zero response from their end. And the one time my partner messaged them that we will complain , they blocked his profile. And I’m not going to be surprised if they block me eventually.
