Afile a grievance on national consumer helpline first. And if you contact customer service ask them to escalate the case to a higher level. I had a display defect issue, I got a pretty decent discount (had used the device for 2 ish years), it did almost take a month, but they eventually sorted it.
I had also mailed the service head, the ceo and tweeted about it. Their customer service sucks, please be assertive and don’t let this go. try all possible ways, if nothing works, I think consumer court might be the only way out of this
