The only sane comment out of all the triggered folks with room temperature IQ. They won’t understand the situation until it happens to their loved ones

I have already mentioned that

I want to know about my rights in this case and if I can sue them for sending expired medicines and straight away lying

That’s what I wanted to highlight, but most people without understanding the seriousness of an issue suggesting me obvious solutions that I haven’t even asked for ( like accepting the return request )

To all the people who are suggesting that I cut the ego and accept return.

I am assuming that you are not living in a village where medicals have limited availability of medicines

Even if I accept the return and order this medicine again, they will send the expired medicine again without taking care of temperature requirements and will waste another 5 days of medicine course.

FYI, it takes 4-5 days for medicines to be delivered once the order is placed.

Would you mind going through the post again? It is not about return. That option I already have in the app, I am more concerned about the way they lied and wasted our 5 days of medicinal course, and also its about sending expired medicines to be consumed by pregnant women.
