      This amounts to deficiency of service. You can approach consumer court in your district and file a complaint. While drafting the complaint make the executive as 1st opposite party and jio as 2nd opposite party. And include a prayer for recovery of money, compensation for mental agony and hardships. Consumer courts are more soft towards consumers. If you have all the Evidence with respect to the transactions, you have a good chance for getting the money back and compensation.

        1st thing is keep all the documents relating to the transactions in your hands and approach a lawyer and send a lawyer notice demanding the payment (mostly the issue will be settled there if they don’t have other bad intentions). If they don’t respond or sent a reply notice raising false allegations you can file a suit for recovery of money in civil court. If you have all the documents in your hands it will be easy through the court.
