Every state has legal aid services, it is free for women. You can go to your nearest court and ask them if you want to explore any real solutions. If you decide to pursue it further, they will appoint you a legal aid counsel.

I And all the other advocates i know would always prefer a soft copy. why would anyone want hardcopies when initially talking to a client? Especially over the internet, that would absolutely be a scam. Never send papers to people you have not met or checked thoroughly.

Hey, I am an advocate practising in Delhi. Just started out a couple of months ago. I had been interested in tech law but have primarily moved on to litigation now. But I would love to do some tech law related work on the side. How did you get started with getting actual work in the field? And If i had to pick up some specific knowledge/skill to get started what would you recommend?
