If you’re paying taxes (legally) then all sources of your income are anyway declared to the government and can be easily be available to the court. It doesn’t matter where the business is set, they would look at how much you’re earning in total.ANAL. Were they married under Nikah or under civil law?
If it’s civil, polygamy is illegal but if it’s Nikah, she should be able to appeal in civil court, for divorce and get alimony and child support.
