NAL, since both married as an adult without anyone having any mental health issues, they need to proceed with divorce until she wants to contest as she was cheated/defrauded into marriage? It also depends on how long they have been married for, generally courts aren’t that friendly towards annulment until she has a strong case, from what you have mentioned, it doesn’t look like a case for annulment to me. I maybe wrong.

NAL – but as far as I know, if it’s under your name, your wife can claim. If it’s under your father’s name, your kids can claim and you will have no say, as that is an ancestral property for the kids. If you do get divorced in future, and your wife has a custody of the kid, you know where I’m going with this.

NAL, You will need to get in touch with a lawyer who deals with these matters but I assume you’ve paid to enter the tournament?

If you’ve paid for a service (participation in the tournament), you qualify as a consumer. If the organizers arbitrarily disqualified you, it could be considered “deficiency of service” or “unfair trade practice” under the Consumer Protection Act. You can file a complaint with the appropriate consumer forum.
If there were clear terms and conditions stating fair participation, and the organizers violated them, it could amount to a breach of contract. If you suffered financial loss or damages, you could sue for compensation. There are many acts under which this can fall, contracts act, 420 IPC, IT Act for cyber fraud , consumer protection act etc but speaking to an actual lawyer will help you understand if this is even worth the cost.

As far as I know, there is no expectation of privacy in public spaces, and recording videos is generally allowed. However, recording audio without consent is illegal. If someone manipulates a video to misrepresent the events or create a false impression, the affected person has legal grounds to sue the uploader under Sections 499, 500, and 505 of the IPC.

When you setup your account first thing they do is do your KYC, so they definitely have your address. They would not lend you money without your contact details. For ₹850, you have just ruined your CIBIL score and credit history. If you have the money to recharge your phone for internet ,and use Reddit. You have means to pay the bill. You can call their customer service and agree on partial payments with heavy penalties. Don’t take loans if you don’t have intention to pay back. Legally you have no recourse.
