The same thing happened to me as well on amazon last year, they did accept return after lodging request multiple times though, all the best OP

28k for mitwubishi is pretty cheap op and mitsubishi dosent offer copper piping with the ac i think unlike regular brands, hece the extra installation cost and the dealer wont be making any commision on it dont worry

BS i sell ACs and brands dont market their ACs at their full capacity, also samsung makes shit ACs, 4400w shouldn’t even be considered 1.5Tn its 1.3Tn at best.
