Yeah hopefully not. We have been living in this proper for last 27 years and paying property taxes. Wr also rebuilt the house in 2006.

I see make sense. Yeah not really sure how easy was it for people who bought properties back then using GPAs to convert and register. Since now we also have to pay for stamp duty etc.

I see multiple GPAs in the property papers and last GPA was executed under my mom name.

I also see agreement to sell and purchase, deed will (of the person we bought this house).

For title confirmation what exact should I look for in the docs? Since GPA was a very common practice in delhi back then to buy property.
