BGiven that this is a sub oriented around legal help, I think mods ought to bring in some checks and balances as to who gets to comment and offer advice.
Earlier, members offering their opinion would mention NAL to highlight their lack of expertise, often limiting their inputs to sympathy and words of encouragement.
This is not the case anymore it seems, given that people here are advocating for ‘ a lady lawyer ‘ for questionable reasons like ‘ she is going to handle the wife very well ‘.
Posters here often come during duress and having people here, with little to no knowledge of law and judiciary, strutting around playing make-believe lawyer doesn’t help the sub.
I hope the mods will intervene and restore a modicum of normalcy.

She is likely to leak your video, irrespective of the case. When that happens, wait for some follower of yours to reach out to you highlighting this.

I got to learn today that a disturbing video with ‘me’ in it is being forwarded to my insta family. I did get a random video call which I picked up. Seeing nobody there, and realising it was an international number I quickly disconnected. It appears to me my face has been plastered on some video to either defame me or extort money, though the real reason remains a mystery to me.
I have already filed a complaint with the local cyber crime cell on the subject. If you do receive the said video, please reach out to me and help me nab the perpetrators. If this can happen to me, it can happen to you too.

1. A steady decline in marriages as we move forward.
2. Situationships, where people across the sexes are reduced to accessible objects for sexual gratification
3. Increased homicide cases where women are going to be on the wrong end of the gun/knife.I honestly don’t see how rulings like these help the society. Besides, DNA testing is not an arcane science. You’re telling me you can use it legally to determine who raped who but not to determine who the legitimate father is?
