They are giving their (biased) opinion, not advice.I know you have already carefully considered what can go right and what can go wrong after this. They speak as if you haven’t considered this already.

BThat AMC is a scam you know.Even i have a quite old Aquaguard (i-nova). The service technician calls promptly for AMC renewal but not for service. This time he called and said he came in June, when i know for a fact that i wasn’t home then.
I have now bought the filters myself (each model filter is available on official site, but there is also good third party ones on a site called aquabreeze or so. Instructions by that owner are there on youtube and his website for each model). I saw the videos and did the filter replacement myself. So so much cheaper than AMC.
I suggest you do this first (if old aquaguard is still working) and then go for legal route for the new one. You know the new ones are shiii right?! They have an auto-obsolescence function IN-BUILT. Can you believe the level of scam they are doing with these new models.

For company there is compliances each year, after some years of non-filing the company name will be removed from Register automatically. But its still better to close manually. You may consult a CA (in person, no more online shenanigans for you my friend) and see what they have to say. Whether let it close automatically or do manual closing. You dont suggest closing, let them suggest/advice accordingly.
Also, 2300 for GST filing. You didn’t have any business right. Then why you paid what looks like tax liability?! Anyways FYI, input GST ITC can be claimed only against output tax liability. Its not so easy to get in cash.

BFor that you can approach the police. Have them contact the owner. Prove that you worked for 2 months and have not received the pay. 50/50 depending on SIBJust fight against this oppression.
