BOP is fine – he asked a legit question. I object to the sub par legal advice offered by the person I was responding toBIs that legal advice ? Asking because maybe you need to revisit the chapters on liability.
“An accident is an accident” whereas the IPC allows prosecution for death as a result of negligence (which seems to be the case here). Look up section 304-A and then come back and apologize to OP for bad advice. Maybe contact your college and see if they can arrange some kind of refund for not teaching you the fundamentals…
