Can we make business hard for him, sort of forcing him to move?

        1. Thanks, have already sent via post but he refuses to accept it. I’m lost on how is that even allowed.

        2. That is really, really sad. I was really looking forward to get rid of this mess. Any reason why they’re allowed to drag this out for so long? This is so wrong on so many levels.

        5. Love thisz will definitely do that.

        6. No written approvals, love this idea too. Will definitely go ahead with this.

3&4 not very sure on what the points mean, but we have 2 agreements and he has defaulted on one of those, by not paying rent for months. So we do have the authority to evict him, although judging by your statements that also might end up taking 2-3 years right?

Thanks for the suggestions, will definitely intimidate the gst office.
It is a leave and license agreement.

So it’s technically 2 office spaces we’ve rented to him, the second one was much more recent and he has defaulted on that and hasn’t paid rent for it ever, in the last 5-6 months. So that one I think we can evict him for defaulting directly.

What are your thoughts on cutting electricity supply too?

That’s very unlike relatives…… How about friends? Btw, full disclaimer I’m more of a vindictive person and for me, I want justice enforced even if it comes at high costs. Here if it’s saving me money I would enforce it even stronger. So it may or may not suit you

Hi brother, hang in there. Really sad this is happening to you. Have you considered putting pressure on family by getting in touch with her relatives and telling them what she’s done to you and how they’re extorting you for huge sums?
Beware that she can also call up your relatives, but I would take that risk than paying her my entire life savings like you’re saying they have demanded

Best of luck and hope it ends soon
Imo don’t pay them out because you’re impatient.bitnwill take years for you to recoup that money once it’s gone.

Sucks to be in this situation, I think even if you try to sue him for fiscal and psychological damages, he wasn’t bound by any legality clauses. Idk what the law is regarding this, NAL but I hope your sister gets an upgrade!
