May 9, 2025 at 3:16 amAt the very least you need to bribe the judge but you can keep requesting bail hearings every week – Our system is a bit ridiculous, the only blocker is paying off the guards to take you back and forth to the Court so often. But with sufficient money yes anything is possible.BBrightguru8694

April 29, 2025 at 11:23 pmLocal police don’t have the power to cancel a passport, all passports are property of the central government (MEA).They might threaten to cancel your passport because they’ve missed out on their “chai pani” but in reality there’s very little they can do other than harass you – They’d need to file an FIR, then get a local government prosecutor to file a petition in your closest state High Court to get your passport cancelled.

April 23, 2025 at 2:44 amNobody can give you a simple yes or no answer because it isn’t legal or illegal. As of now – 23/04/2024 Phenibut HCl is not classified as a controlled substance in India, meaning it is not explicitly illegal. However it isn’t an approved legal substance either.
* It is not approved by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) as a medication or dietary supplement.
* That means you cannot legally sell, advertise, or distribute it as a drug or supplement.
* Importation for personal use (in small, clearly non-commercial quantities) may still go through customs, but it’s a legal grey area and not guaranteed—seizures can happen.
TL:DR; **Possession for personal use isn’t explicitly illegal, but it’s not officially authorised either, and importing or using it carries some legal and regulatory risk.**

April 17, 2025 at 12:40 amI’m very sorry for what happened, I believe you’re in the right – I do need to point out (as someone who has experience in the medical field, although I worked in military medicine) – You have to sue the hospital as the care provider and their public liability insurance policy, as well as the doctors professional liability insurance policy. You don’t sue the healthcare practitioner directly, I hope this saves you some time and means you don’t get scammed by lawyers who don’t know what they’re doing.March 3, 2025 at 8:37 pm in reply to: Uncles harassing me to redistribute land I(24F) inherited. March 3, 2025 at 8:37 pmThis is the best option and it’s not even closeSell the land ASAP before all the vultures drain you with endless legal cases and when they die their children too. Dump that 60 crore in a boring index fund / mutual so you’ll always get a return higher than inflation and let them fight the new owner of the land while you live in peace

February 25, 2025 at 7:15 amIn Maharashtra that isn’t true, the law states that the society is bound by the model bylaws as a matter of law, and can only make additions from a menu of (extremely limited) rules that the government has allowed.February 25, 2025 at 6:57 am in reply to: Society demanding 25600 Transfer Fees on Gift deed between Siblings. #47360BBrightguru8694

February 25, 2025 at 6:42 amUnder the The Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 – A copy of the bylaws has to be posted at the entrance of the building for everyone including residents, owners, visitors, security, government officials and inspectors to be able to view 24/7 365.If they fail to comply with that is basically rule one of the societies act the MH Regulator of Societies will usually immediately dissolve the society and lock all their bank accounts (which are used to pay for building security etc) for a period of 2 years until they have time to investigate the complaint. It’s a massive hassle, tenants need to know they have way way way more power and rights than the aunties and uncles who sit on these society boards pulling random rules out of their back-sides.
