My man, this gives me courage to go ahead with my case. I’m too putting a query with regards to my complaint.

I reached out to customer care, they dismissed,
I filed a complaint with NCH grievance redressal mechanism, company gave same response and NCH asked me to file a complaint with e-jagriti.

in reply to: Should I pay 12%gst for staying in pg? #59399

Here’s my experience with GST invoices.

We had to do some 3D printing for office work, I found a guy, he completed the work and it came to payment he gave me a GST invoice.

I simply asked him for the GST number, registration details as well as PAN and Cancelled check and told him my finance guy will process the payment after confirming all the details.

He gave me a Non GST invoice.

See thing is you can’t just give GST invoice, you have to file the return as well.

          Register the Grievance with INGRAM,
Integrated Grievance Redressal system by Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

          [Portal link](https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/public/)

Samsung is a convergence partner, so your complaint is directly forwarded to the Samsung team.

The procedure is very simple, you sign up, select the convergence partner (company) write up the grievance, upload the documents and submit.

You’ll get call from Samsung within days. I had a very good experience with it. If you are aware there was an issue with Nokia 5.2 getting bricked due to Android 12 update. Mine was out of warranty so the service center was asking for money to repair it (it was 300 bucks but still) anyway, I raised the complaint, Nokia guy called me, told me service center is already instructed to repair it free of charge.

Another part about the “accidentally switching mobiles” I’m kind of doubt that and service center deliberately did it. In such case if the IMEI number is still mismatched you can block your IMEI number, go to Following site and block IMEI

          [IMEI blocking](https://www.ceir.gov.in/Home/index.jsp)

I did this to my stolen mobile, mobile was not recovered most likely it was taken apart and sold of pieces but atleast it’ll not be used for anything illegal.

In my company clause regarding bonus was in employees handbook. It’s kind of manual which tells about company wide rule/provisions. Like travel allowance, Per Diem allowances, what’s the arrangements in case of transfer, seniority wise perks (Flight/hotel bookings) etc.

It’s a standard practice bro, if you are due for bonus lut your paper after you get it..
