BCulpability? It is not like this, lawyers are a smart bunch. The questions will be raised regarding the nature of the crime, the intention behind it, motive, actions leading to loss. The person whose culpability has been defined without any ground of guilt is a college student here, this will fall flat. I don’t think any FIR has been filed here, it’s just an informal hold up.BNot saying they don’t do this but you making your assessment based on reddit posts is a very weak one, Remember reddit is full of made up bs to gain karma. People with problems try to raise things in public forum. Anonymity’s biggest perk is lying because you can’t be held responsible or identified.
