BDon’t file an fir he’ll easily bribe the cops and get out within few hours, keep that anger, ego within yourself work hard get better. No rich guy would like to see poor people succeeding in life so keep it within yourself and use it to succeed. This is what I do because poor people won’t get justice. A man can get married again easily but it’s difficult with woman. I’m not saying it’s impossible to get remarried but the chances are low and she’ll always have the tag of a divorcee. Harsh truth.BThere are 2 scenarios which can happen1) She can file for a divorce on the grounds of DV, abuse, etc but your sister is just 25 and the chances of her getting married again is very less and this might affect her in the long term.
2) if your sis has a kid and if she doesn’t want the kid to grow up fatherless there are high chances that the kid will grow up with a toxic father and which can ruin his future as well.
If your sister is willing to live alone and wants to end this marriage then go for a divorce, if not only possible option is to try and talk to the husband and make him understand the consequences if she files a complaint.
Man I feel so bad, there are so many people who literally file fake cases and extort money and there are such women who sacrifice themselves for the sake of family and reputation.
BDon’t get too intimate, take it slow, don’t put more pressure on her and most importantly do not choke her. It maybe a pre planned thing by husband and wife to extort money ( there are many such incidents happening in India). Law is not going to save men.
I’m sorry but there is nothing your friend can do in this. If he tries to go legally then the wife might get involved and threaten your friend with false cases which will infact ruin his entire life. Only option is to try and talk to them.i hope your friend comes out of this.
BFuck the laws just beat the shit out of him. He won’t go to cops because if he does your girlfriend can file SA case on him.BIl tell you what happens when you follow the right process. They’re too busy watching comedy shows and planning to arrest then.BThere are 1 billion people in India, out of that there are 10 good people, even those 10 people aren’t rich.
