April 18, 2025 at 7:51 pmThat everyone knows very well. But think rationally and logically:If he had money, This question would have been posted on this platform ?
Obviously I am asking about a person who was an honest high income tax payer 5 years ago, but lost everything in Covid-19 and now dependent on nephew for khana/ sabun/ toothbrush / kapde and a bistar.BBrightsarita124

April 18, 2025 at 7:33 pmThere are laws that you will get your salary : filing a suit for declaration in court
You will have to visit around 30 times to court, and will have to hire a lawyer worth around 2 lacs, it will take around 5-6 years in lower court. The company can challenge the lower court’s decision ( in your favour) in high court – another 5 years and another advocate, Same may go to supreme court another 10 years. Means after around 20 years you will get your Salary ( with all your expenses on advocates and some other penalties)
In India you have all the laws , but getting justice is toooooo much complicated almost impossible for a common man.
India’s ranking in delivering civil justice to common man is ranked 107 out of 142 in 2024.April 18, 2025 at 6:13 pm in reply to: Is there a chance cbi can plant fake evidence to fabricate my father? #12683BBrightsarita124

April 17, 2025 at 11:18 amWhy you need a lawyer ?
Bluntly refuse the third party goons .
You are not liable to pay any of your father’s loan if you are not an applicant or guarantor.
The third party agents themselves will ask for settlement , you may accept or refuse.April 17, 2025 at 11:09 am in reply to: [Help] Friend being forced to resign from Pune-based company after false allegation โ urgent advice needed #13615BBrightsarita124

April 17, 2025 at 11:09 amCompanies use such tactics ( blame may be of any nature) to skip the costings of terminating. if your friend is financially strong enough- resign and search for a new job. if the money which he will receive as notice period salary is very important for him, face the termination. Then he will have to struggle in finding a new job due to troubles by previous company. All Company laws in India are taken from the British Colonial era where all the laws were prepared to benefit the British Companies . No new rules added in favour of Poor employees.

April 6, 2025 at 8:02 amLegally you are not liable to pay a single rupee.
But all the banks use such illegal tactics to snatch the maximum possible from the deceased’s family.
Deny them clearly, and ask them to go legal, We will do what the court will order.April 6, 2025 at 7:45 am in reply to: Employer Filed False Case Against Me for Standing Up for Rights โ Need Advice! #41597BBrightsarita124

April 6, 2025 at 7:45 amIndustrial Laws and Contract Acts are taken from the British Era’s colonel Time. The laws were prepared to protect British companies. Many Laws in India need to be changed but who cares.
During COVID-19 , there was a directive from the Government of India that nobody should be terminated from the job . I was ousted by my company during My COVID-19 sufferings, I tried the Labour commissioner office and several central government departments including PMO, No listening- I filed a court case, Case running from 4 years ( I guess 30% art of case is covered) I feel I am wasting my time and money, No one cares or listen- Just getting next dates for nothing.Laws can’t be changed because no political party is suffering, No Big industry is suffering not the government is suffering.
If Adani incurred little financial losses, The rules would have been amended overnight.I hate my India.
