Buddy 95% of the Bangladeshis being detained have valid Aadhars, Ration Cards and other documents. The West Bengal government has been providing all these to illegal immigrants for vote bank politics. So let the police do their job. If you’re very sure, then please lawyer up.

They cannot do it. If there was negligence, there should have been measures to identify, measure and control the same. You can proceed legally.

Initially it was a good lawyer we hired from a recommendation. He is an ex-BAR president. But since the case is a petty one, he gave it to a guy under him.

The FIR was already filed by the police mate. It’s a State of Haryana vs my uncle and 3 others.

Giving tea and rupees won’t help. BTW my uncle paid them 7k for not arresting him just after the first summon.
