CWhen I applied for 1st time, they asked from Rs500. But during renewal time no one came for police verification, and I got my passport.
Don’t they come to police verifications only after documents are validated ? Why is he validating the documents again ?

CIn case of any robbery or incident, when we go to Police station to lodge a complain, they sometimes deny taking complaint saying *”It doesn’t fall under our jurisdiction”*Similarly, aren’t there any jurisdiction for courts?
CWhat if its not marked as gift ? Will the sender incur additional charges? the receiver will not be taxed ?CHow did X pay to Y? Gpay, BankTrasfer?, if there is any prof of transaction that might help a bit. Try lodging a complaint with that.And, ask X to not worry about Z. She need not have to pay a dime as she hasn’t taken any money from Z. Ask X to lodge case against Z for harassment if Z is threatening, record calls etc. Z have no case against X here, ask him to go collect from Y.
CBut, it seems you are ready to continue the relationship if she contacts you. And you have mentioned that to her father as well !
