Medical thing worked for my colleague, he put the paper in December mentioning he is having severe mental issues and submitted some fake docs to hr( which I didn’t those were not legit docs at that time) and want to be released early( 1month).

He got an early release after 30-35 days( actual notice period 90 days) and in Jan he put a status of joining a new company in snapchat.
