March 12, 2025 at 4:58 amI am pretty sure there are private roads which collect tolls, NICE road in Bangalore is one such example. So it’s not completely illegal for private entities to collect toll, will have to check relevant laws to find what makes it legal or illegal.CCleverbhuvan1124
